Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to US customers to explain and sell services

Listen actively and understand customer needs

Identify customer eligibility and recommend solutions

Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes

Follow standard operating procedures and team strategies

Participate in ongoing learning and development sessions

Who Can Apply:

Freshers with excellent English communication (English-medium background preferred)

Experienced in voice process/sales are welcome

Comfortable with night shifts (US time zone)

Ready to join immediately
