Job Title: Personal Assistant
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide personalized administrative and secretarial support in a well-organized and timely manner. The ideal candidate will act as the point of contact between the employer and internal/external clients, handling various tasks to ensure efficient management of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of the employer.
- Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
- Coordinate with other staff and departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Run errands and perform personal tasks as required.
- Maintain an organized filing and record system.
- Remind the employer of important tasks, deadlines, and events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Graduation preferred (any discipline).
Work Environment:
- Office-based with occasional travel or outdoor tasks as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
