Job Overview:

We're seeking a meticulous and adaptable Production Assistant to help streamline our manufacturing processes. This role demands attention to detail and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and facilitating smooth workflow. As a Production Assistant, you will support day-to-day operations, adhere to safety standards, and contribute to the success of our products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ø Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of production machinery.

Ø Help ensure that all raw materials and supplies are available and prepared for the production process.

Ø Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production floor, adhering to safety and environmental regulations.

Ø Assist in quality control checks and ensure finished products meet quality standards.

Ø Perform other duties as assigned by the production supervisor or manager.

Ø Use measurement tools and equipment to verify product dimensions and specifications.

Ø Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Ø Assisting the Production Manager in weighing, mixing, packaging, testing, labelling, clean-up and manufacturing related activities for production of various products.

Ø Maintaining and improving the quality management system for production line.

Ø Assisting in the preparation, setup, and breakdown of production equipment.

Ø Monitoring the production process and reporting any issues to the supervisor.

Ø Supporting the production team in achieving daily targets and goals.

Ø Suggest improvements in manufacturing, production, or service processes to enhance quality.

Ø Use measurement tools and equipment to verify product dimensions and specifications.

Ø Read work orders, routings, schedules, material labels, part drawings, and inspection data records.

Skills and Qualifications:

Ø High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as engineering, manufacturing, or quality management) is preferred.

Ø Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery.

Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ø Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, Google sheet).

Ø Good Knowledge of Mechanical Drawing, GD&T.

Pay: ₹20, ₹28,000.00 per month
