About the Role

We are looking for a
UX Experience Designer
who is ambitious, creative, and ready to challenge the status quo. This role is about
designing experiences, not just interfaces
—transforming complex features into simple, intuitive, and engaging user journeys. You'll be instrumental in shaping how our customers and visitors interact with our platform, building new experiences from the ground up, and driving innovation in the ad-tech and digital marketing landscape.

If you have strong
UI design skills
in addition to UX expertise, that's a big plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the
  experience design process
  : research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and iteration.
• Translate business and technical requirements into
  compelling user journeys
  that are functional, clear, and engaging.
• Challenge assumptions
  and the status quo—bring new ideas, fresh perspectives, and design-thinking practices to the table.
• Differentiate between
  designing a user interface
  (visual polish, layouts, typography) and
  crafting a unique user experience
  (flows, behaviors, simplicity, impact).
• Present complex features in
  simple, actionable, and readable formats
  with clear call-to-actions.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to
  integrate next-generation design
  into our software suite.
• Stay on top of
  ad-tech, programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, and digital marketing
  —and design experiences tailored for these audiences.
• Wear multiple hats in an
  early-stage environment
  —from researcher to designer, collaborator to strategist.
• Contribute to building a
  design culture
  within the team: open, ambitious, iterative, and user-first.
• Embrace feedback, adapt workflows, and evolve design philosophies in response to
  market expectations and business needs
