Role Overview

We're looking for a
Front-End Design Engineer
who bridges
design thinking and coding
— someone who loves
minimal yet futuristic interfaces
and can also
implement them with modern frameworks
.

This role is ideal for a developer who:

  • Codes with
    MERN, , , NestJS, and TailwindCSS
    .
  • Uses
    Figma
    to create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
  • Experiments with
    Agentic AI platforms
    to accelerate design and code.
  • Thrives in the
    fast-changing dynamics of a bootstrapped startup
    .

What You'll Do

  • Design and build
    highly readable, minimal, and responsive interfaces
    .
  • Implement
    front-end features
    using with MERN/NestJS + TailwindCSS.
  • Translate
    Figma wireframes and prototypes
    into production-ready code.
  • Collaborate with the
    founder and senior developers
    to shape the MVP.
  • Use
    AI/Agentic platforms
    to prototype and accelerate workflows.
  • Develop
    component libraries and design systems
    for scalable growth.

Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in
    , , , NestJS, TailwindCSS, TypeScript, MongoDB
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Figma-to-code workflows
    and reusable design components.

Design & UX Skills

  • Skilled in
    Figma
    (wireframes, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems).
  • Understanding of
    futuristic, minimal UI design principles
    .
  • Comfort with creating
    wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows
    .
  • Bonus: exposure to
    Agentic/AI design platforms
    .
