As a Founder's Office Engineer
, you'll work directly with the founding team to transform bold ideas into working products, scalable systems, and business impact. This is an on-site role designed for someone who thrives in unstructured environments, enjoys solving "zero-to-one" problems, and wants to build at startup speed.

This is not your typical engineering role—you'll be the
founder's technical right hand
, contributing wherever impact is highest: from rapidly prototyping features, to scaling backend systems, to setting up internal tools, to shaping product strategy. If you're entrepreneurial, versatile, and hungry to build, this is your chance to leave a visible fingerprint on the company's journey.

What You'll Do

  • Partner directly with the founder to build, ship, and iterate on core product features.
  • Design and develop full-stack solutions (frontend + backend) with quick turnarounds.
  • Build internal tools, integrations, and automation to accelerate execution.
  • Experiment with new ideas and validate hypotheses through rapid prototyping.
  • Own projects end-to-end: from concept to production.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and business teams to prioritize impact.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong
    full-stack engineering
    background (e.g., React, , Python, or similar).
  • Comfort with
    ambiguous, high-ownership projects
    .
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—bias for action, curiosity, and resilience.
  • Ability to wear multiple hats: engineer, product thinker, problem-solver.
  • 0–4 years of experience (fresh graduates with strong projects are welcome).
