At Blowtrumpet, we're hiring a Product Experience & Interface Designer
who can work with founders, think like a product owner, and collaborate directly with developers to shape real, production-ready interfaces.

This is a
founding design opportunity
— not a service role. You'll design the product journey end to end, ensuring the user stays
engaged, immersed, and confident
across every touchpoint — from login to invoice.

What You'll Do

  • Convert founder ideas into user journeys, flows, and interfaces.
  • Design responsive, production-ready web application experiences.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect translation in production.
  • Understand
    Tailwind CSS and HTML
    to align design with engineering.
  • Ensure usability and compliance in financial and transactional modules.
  • Iterate fast, take feedback constructively, and improve continuously.

Who You Are

  • Skilled in
    Figma
    ,
    Photoshop
    , and prototyping tools.
  • Understands front-end logic, and can communicate design intent to engineers clearly.
  • Curious, self-driven, and growth-minded — not waiting for direction.
  • Handles feedback with maturity; thrives on iteration.
  • Can design
    for depth, not decoration
    — clarity, trust, and performance are your aesthetic.
  • Based in
    Delhi NCR
    and ready to work on-site with the founders.
