Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled E-Commerce Expert who can list, manage, and sell products on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.

The ideal candidate will know how to create high-converting listings, manage inventory, handle orders, and identify profitable products with good margins.

You should already have hands-on experience with Indian marketplaces and be confident in product research, pricing strategy, and keyword optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, optimize, and upload product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho (titles, bullets, descriptions, images, attributes).
  • Conduct product & market research to find high-demand, high-margin items.
  • Calculate landed cost, marketplace fees, and net profit margins per product.
  • Manage inventory levels, pricing updates, and promotional offers.
  • Track and report performance: impressions, conversions, ad spend, ROI.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and ensure product availability & quality.
  • Stay updated with latest marketplace policies and fee structures.
  • Manage product catalogs and handle order processing when needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in selling or managing stores on Amazon, Flipkart, and/or Meesho (must show proof or portfolio).
  • Excellent understanding of SEO for marketplaces, keyword tools, and competitor analysis.
  • Knowledge of FBA / Flipkart Advantage / Meesho Seller Panel.
  • Strong analytical skills for margin calculations and data management in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with GST, shipping fees, return management, and commissions.
  • Ability to create engaging titles, bullet points, and product images that convert.
  • Basic graphic editing skills (Canva/Photoshop) preferred.

Bonus (Not Required but Great to Have):

  • Experience with AI or automation tools for listing optimization.
  • Experience in ads and campaign management (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads).
  • Experience handling cross-platform product sync or catalog management tools.

Deliverables:

  • Upload & optimize [X number] of listings per week (based on workload).
  • Maintain a spreadsheet of product cost, pricing, and profit margin across all platforms.
  • Submit monthly performance & growth reports.
  • Suggest new profitable products and categories.

Compensation:

  • Fixed monthly pay or per-listing/project basis (to be discussed).
  • Performance bonus based on sales growth and profit margins.

Location:

  • Remote (India-based preferred for platform familiarity)
  • Full-time / Part-time / Freelance options available
