Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and culturally aware
Event Manager & Coordinator
who can conceptualize, plan, and execute unique experiences inspired by
Goan traditions, art, music, and lifestyle.
This role requires a professional who blends local sensibilities with modern hospitality standards, ensuring every event reflects the soulful, relaxed yet vibrant vibe of Goa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute events aligned with Goan culture, hospitality, and Coffee Culture's brand identity.
  • Develop creative event concepts and seasonal themes that highlight local art, food, and music.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless event setup and operations.
  • Manage event logistics including décor, sound, lighting, catering, and guest flow.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, artists, and entertainers.
  • Oversee budgeting, quotations, and cost control for each event.
  • Ensure all events deliver high-quality guest experiences and align with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to promote events effectively.
  • Handle on-ground execution, supervision, and troubleshooting during events.
  • Maintain event calendars, reports, and post-event performance summaries.
  • Ensure all permissions, licenses, and local regulations are followed for events.
  • Bring innovative ideas to enhance the overall ambiance and engagement of each event.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Event Management / Hospitality / Marketing or related field.
  • 4–6 years of event management experience
    , preferably in Goa's hospitality or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Goan culture, traditions, and local event scene
    .
  • Excellent vendor network across Goa (artists, caterers, sound, lights, decorators, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per event schedule.
