About the Role

Fine Acers is looking for a Business Development Manager who can independently drive sales, build investor relationships, and close deals with minimal handholding. This is not a role for someone waiting for leads to be given, it's for someone who already has a network, knows how to generate opportunities, and can create processes that help scale the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive investor and customer sales for all Fine Acers projects.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Create and manage your own sales pipeline with little to no handholding.
  • Set up reporting processes and systems to help scale sales operations.
  • Represent Fine Acers at investor meetings, events, and forums.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of sales experience (luxury real estate, investments, or hospitality preferred).
  • A strong personal network of investors, brokers, or channel partners.
  • Proven ability to close high-value deals independently.
  • Self-starter with strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • High energy, target-driven, and motivated by incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹45,292.06 per month
