Job Description:

TC Business School is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic professionals to join our Admissions & Business Development team.

The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting our academic programs, counselling prospective students, and achieving enrolment targets through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle student inquiries via calls, walk-ins, and online leads.
  • Counsel students and parents about various programs and career opportunities.
  • Generate and follow up on leads to achieve admission and business targets.
  • Conduct promotional activities like seminars, school visits, and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth admissions.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong convincing and presentation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented and capable of working under targets.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools).
  • Positive attitude and teamwork approach.

Salary & Benefits:

₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on role & experience)
