About the Role

We are a leading recruitment agency seeking a motivated and experienced Manufacturing Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent for our manufacturing and industrial clients. You will work closely with client hiring managers to understand their workforce needs, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and provide an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with manufacturing clients to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top manufacturing talent.
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for client positions.
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Draft and post job advertisements across relevant platforms.
  • Facilitate offer discussions between clients and candidates and assist with contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future client requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–6 years of proven experience recruiting for manufacturing or industrial roles, preferably in a recruitment agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and selection of best practices.
  • Proficient in conducting structured, competency-based, and behavioral interviews.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients, candidates, and internal team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
