We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at ChaitanyaHR consultancy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG products and sales, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to increase sales revenue.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and promotions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expansion.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of FMCG products and sales principles, including marketing and promotion strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales objectives and goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Proficiency in sales software and technology to manage sales operations and performance metrics.
