What You'll Do

Your Core Mission: Generate Creative Volume That Wins

• Generate 200+ ads daily
  using our AI workflows - images, videos, UGC-style content, motion graphics
• Hunt for winners
• Test everything, identify what converts, scale what works
• Develop new angles
• Mine reviews for hooks, spot trends, create briefs that convert
• Deliver weekly drops
• Organized Google Drives with ready-to-upload creatives for each platform
• Communicate via Slack
• Understand brand needs, share performance insights, suggest winning angles

Your Typical Week:

• Monday
  : New brand onboarding - generate 200 test creatives across formats
• Tuesday
  : QA outputs for performance potential, iterate winners
• Wednesday
  : Experiment with new AI video tools and workflows
• Thursday
  : Scale winners into 50+ variations based on data
• Friday
  : Deliver organized batches, prep next week's pipeline
