Role Description

We are seeking a talented Creative Performance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing creative performance across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze creative performance using platform analytics and third-party tools.
  • Identify key trends, insights, and creative learnings to continuously improve ad performance.
  • Work closely with performance marketing and growth teams to iterate and refine creative strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Optimize creatives based on engagement metrics, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Partner with the paid media team to align creatives with audience targeting and campaign objectives.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark performance and identify creative opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a creative testing roadmap to maximize the efficiency of ad spend.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing content creation or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads, including best practices for creatives.
  • Experience with performance marketing analytics and tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
  • Proficiency in creative tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, or video editing tools is a plus.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling ad messaging.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into creative improvements.
  • Experience running A/B tests and iterating creatives based on performance insights.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising and other performance channels.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools for content creation.
