AI Creative Specialist Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative team as an AI Creative Specialist.

The role involves leveraging AI tools to generate ad creatives, deploying them in Ads Manager, and monitoring performance metrics. As an AI Creative Specialist, you will be responsible for generating high-quality ad creatives using AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, and Firefly. You will also need to deploy these creatives into Ads Manager and monitor their performance using analytics recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate ad creatives (static, video, copy) using AI tools
  • Deploy creatives into Ads Manager/lifecycle tools
  • Monitor CTR, CVR, ROAS, engagement rates and adjust based on analytics recommendations

Key Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of experience in creative/design/marketing/content roles or a strong AI creative portfolio
  • Proven ability to use AI-first tools to create image/video/copy assets
  • Copywriting chops: ability to write hooks, not just design banners
  • Comfort with basic metrics: CTR, CVR, ROAS, engagement rates
  • Fast learner, scrappy operator who prefers shipping 10 variations over polishing 1

  • Afternoon: Deploy creatives into Ads Manager/lifecycle tools
