Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the store.
  • Manage and monitor packaging activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Handle billing and invoice generation through CRM software.
  • Supervise and coordinate dispatches, ensuring accuracy and on-time deliveries.
  • Maintain proper stock records and inventory management.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with the sales, accounts, and logistics teams.
  • Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline within the store.
  • Implement best practices to improve efficiency in store operations.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Age between 30–40 years.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in store/inventory/dispatch management.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and billing systems.
  • Ability to handle packaging and dispatch operations efficiently.
  • Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
