LEGAL EXECUTIVE

Location – Bhubaneswar

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Legal Research and Drafting:

Conducting thorough legal research, preparing cases for legal opinions, and drafting various legal documents such as contracts, wills, and pleadings.

  • Litigation:

Representing clients in court, managing litigation processes, and overseeing the resolution of disputes through arbitration, mediation, or litigation.

  • Case and MIS Management:

Maintaining case records, preparing reports, and assisting in the preparation and maintenance of legal updates and management information systems (MIS).

Common Specializations.

  • Real Estate Law:

Managing real estate transactions, claims, and compliance with regulations like RERA (Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act).

Detail searching of the Land and marketable Title includes Registrar, Court of Law, Settlement office, Forest Department and any other appropriate authority which may be required.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Education:

A Bachelor's Degree in Law is preferable.

  • Behavioural Competencies:

An analytical and solution-oriented mind-set, confidence, and strong communication skills are highly valued.

  • Experience:

Practical legal experience is crucial, with specific roles often requiring several years of experience in the field.

Preferable:-

  • Candidate with a good family background.
  • Should be able to deal with Local police, Bhubaneswar Development Authority, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation and other Government Departments.
  • Should be able to discuss/negotiate with Landlords, Tenants, Brokers etc for new Projects proposed.
  • Should have own vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹28,603.13 per month
