Job Summary:

The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing post-sales customer relationships, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, sales, and project execution teams. The role involves handling customer queries, documentation, payments, and providing an excellent customer

experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end customer interactions from booking to possession.
  • Handle customer queries related to agreements, payments, registration, and possession.
  • Coordinate with sales, accounts, and project teams for smooth workflow and timely communication.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with all customer details and follow-up activities.
  • Prepare and send demand letters, payment reminders, and receipts to customers.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and track outstanding dues.
  • Assist in agreement preparation, registration, and handover documentation.
  • Manage post-sales processes including modifications, cancellations, and refunds (if applicable).
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring proactive communication and problem resolution.
  • Generate CRM reports for management on payment collections, pending cases, and customer feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 24 years of CRM experience in Real Estate (HighRise Projects).
  • Good understanding of real estate documentation and payment processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software/tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer accounts efficiently and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Preferred Candidates:

  • Candidates with prior experience in high-rise apartments, villas, or gated community projects.
