Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location: New Delhi

Salary: 25,000 35,000 per month

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance for our real estate business. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and hands-on experience with ERP/finance software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory regulations.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal departments for timely audits and filings.
  • Monitor cash flow, project expenses, and budget utilization.
  • Support management with MIS reports, cost analysis, and financial planning.
  • Supervise and guide junior accounting staff for accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
  • Handle vendor payments, contractor settlements, and real estate-related financial documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce
  • 3–8 years of experience in accounting, preferably in real estate or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
  • Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: 25,000 – 35,000 per month (based on experience).
