  • Prepare, marinate, and cook tandoor items such as kebabs, rotis, naans, and other Indian breads.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain proper temperature and cleanliness of the tandoor oven.
  • Check daily mise en place and stock levels to ensure smooth operation.
  • Assist the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in planning and organizing kitchen operations.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food items to maintain freshness and prevent wastage.
  • Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes.
  • Support team members during busy hours and help train commis as required.
  • Report any equipment malfunction or maintenance requirement to the senior chef immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹27, ₹32,000.00 per month
