**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook all tandoor items such as tandoori roti, naan, kulcha, paratha, kebabs, paneer tikka, tandoori chicken, etc.
- Maintain and operate tandoor equipment efficiently and safely.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
- Monitor food stock and communicate requirements to the kitchen supervisor.
- Marinate and store meats and vegetables according to food safety standards.
- Ensure proper portioning and minimize wastage.
- Collaborate with chefs from other sections (continental, Chinese, etc.) to maintain smooth kitchen operations in a multi-cuisine setup.
- Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and food safety protocols.
- Clean the tandoor and cooking area at the end of each shift.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff if required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Tandoor Chef in a professional kitchen.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian tandoori cooking methods and spices.
- Ability to work in a multi-cuisine restaurant setup.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
