Prepare and cook a wide range of tandoori items such as kebabs, naan, roti, stuffed kulchas, and grilled vegetables.

Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all tandoor dishes.

Maintain and operate traditional clay tandoor and gas/electric tandoor ovens efficiently.

Assist in menu planning and suggest new tandoori items or specials.

Monitor inventory levels and assist in requisitioning supplies specific to the tandoor section.

Ensure proper marination and preparation of items as per standard recipes.

Follow food safety and hygiene regulations (FSSAI standards) at all times.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality service during busy hours.

Maintain cleanliness of the tandoor area, equipment, and tools.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
