Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled SITE SUPERVISOR AND DRAFTSMAN for a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. The role involves managing daily construction site activities, ensuring that projects are executed according to designs and schedules, and maintaining safety standards on-site. Responsibilities also include creating accurate and detailed technical drawings, collaborating with architects and engineers, and coordinating with contractors to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD and familiarity with design tools like SketchUp, Revit, or similar programs
  • Experience in site supervision, construction management, and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and structural fundamentals
  • Ability to read, interpret, and develop detailed architectural and technical drawings
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with building codes, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
  • Degree or certification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in residential, commercial, or industrial design and supervision is an advantage
