Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Joinery Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed shop drawings for custom joinery works, ensuring alignment with project requirements, design intent, and production feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed shop drawings and technical joinery drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Develop joinery detailing as per project requirements, design specifications, and client instructions.
  • Coordinate with design, project, and production teams to ensure drawings are clear, practical, and accurate.
  • Review architectural and interior design drawings to extract relevant joinery requirements.
  • Revise and update drawings based on site conditions, project changes, and client feedback.
  • Ensure drawings meet industry standards, company guidelines, and project timelines.
  • Maintain proper documentation and drawing records for all joinery works.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in joinery drafting.
  • Preferred GCC experience.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
  • Solid knowledge of joinery detailing, materials, finishes, and production methods.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and prepare drawings from architectural and interior design plans.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with project and site teams.
