Position: Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: Dwarka Sector 15

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our real estate business as a Telecaller and Customer Engagement Executive. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers, providing detailed information about our properties, and assisting them throughout their journey, from initial inquiries to site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction:
  1. Make outbound calls to potential leads to provide information about our real estate projects.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries promptly via WhatsApp and calls
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Customer Engagement:
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through consistent communication.
  2. Share project details, answer queries, and follow up with leads regularly to ensure engagement.
  • Site Visits:
  1. Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients.
  2. Accompany clients to property locations, showcasing features and addressing their questions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass (higher secondary education).
  • Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate will be an advantage.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in WhatsApp, basic computer usage, and MS Office tools.
  • Fluent in Hindi and English.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Work Details:

  • Location: Dwarka Sector 15, New Delhi
  • Working Hours: 11 AM – 6 PM
  • Salary: ₹15,000 per month fixed + upto ₹20 incentive per sale.
