About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to handle all licensing, approvals, and RERA documentation related to our real estate projects. The candidate will ensure timely submissions, renewals, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file RERA registration and renewal applications.
- Coordinate with government departments and consultants for approvals.
- Maintain records of all project licenses, sanctions, and compliance documents.
- Monitor timelines for renewals, NOCs, and other statutory approvals.
- Assist in documentation for commencement certificates, occupancy certificates, and related approvals.
- Liaise with internal teams (legal, projects, and sales) for required information.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 3–7 years of experience in RERA / project licensing / real estate compliance.
- Strong knowledge of RERA regulations and approval processes.
- Excellent documentation and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online government portals.
