Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Purchase Executive to manage procurement operations for our Bangalore and Tamil Nadu residential construction projects. The ideal candidate must be multilingual, have a civil or construction background, and possess strong negotiation and vendor management skills. A valid driver's license and two-wheeler are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle procurement and purchasing activities for Bangalore and Tamil Nadu sites.
  • Source, negotiate, and finalize orders with vendors and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with the site engineers and project managers for timely procurement of materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
  • Ensure materials are delivered on time and meet the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast needs for upcoming projects.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in residential construction.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, procurement processes, and supply chain management.
  • Civil background is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Malayalam, Kannada, and Tamil is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel between Bangalore and Tamil Nadu sites as needed.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license and have a two-wheeler.
  • Must reside in Bangalore or be willing to relocate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
