Senior Executive – Purchase
, you'll be at the center of building strong vendor networks, optimizing sourcing strategies, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies focused on cost savings and supplier performance.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage vendor partnerships to ensure quality and continuity.
  • Monitor demand, forecast requirements, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts to secure the best commercial terms.
  • Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and purchase data to drive decisions.
  • Ensure compliance, documentation, and audit readiness.
  • Leverage SAP (preferred) and advanced Excel tools for procurement analysis.
  • Support and guide the procurement team in achieving KPIs (cost savings, OTIF delivery, digital adoption).

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in procurement/purchase.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP (preferred) and advanced Excel.
  • A proactive problem-solver with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
