Job Title: Purchase Executive

Reports to: Purchase Manager/Head of Procurement

Male/Female

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years

Salary: up to 5 Lac

Job Summary:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Purchase Executive to source high-quality materials and products, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement principles, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to source materials and products.

  2. Negotiation: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers.

  3. Purchase Orders: Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  4. Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

  5. Inventory Management: Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.

  6. Cost Optimization: Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.

  7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of procurement experience.

  2. Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

  3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

  4. Knowledge: Familiarity with procurement principles, contract management, and supply chain operations.
