Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to help expand our client base and support the sales team. The role involves client interaction, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination with internal branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business.
- Schedule and coordinate client appointments for the Sr. Manager.
- Follow up with clients and ensure timely communication and updates.
- Draft and send professional emails and maintain client records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and branches for smooth operations.
- Assist in achieving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / Client Servicing / Customer Handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email correspondence.
- Organized, confident, and target oriented.
