Administrative & Operational Support Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day administrative activities within the R&D and ensure smooth coordination.

Transportation Management:
- Manage buses and pool car facility.
- Arrange rental cars for outstation official tours.

Canteen Management:
- Coordinate with Canteen Vendor.
- Finalize monthly menu.
- Organize canteen committee meetings.
- Uphold the canteen area of all PTC locations.

Supervise administrative and contractual staff to ensure efficiency and maintain housekeeping checks.

Handle day-to-day grievances of employees related to the canteen and transportation.

Manage VIP guests, including menu planning for local and international cuisine.

Facilitate guest house bookings at different sites for official visits.

Oversee ticket booking for domestic and international travel.
-
Ensure pest control at all PTC sites.
- Ensure compliance and governance of all the vendors of PTC.
- Conduct quarterly evaluations of contractors and their services.
- Manage agreement renewals of contractors as required.
- Prepare, monitor, and control the PTCs administrative budget.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Support HR in various employee engagement activities.
- Handle guest house/hotel bookings for new joiners of PTC.
- Prepare presentations for monthly reviews with Admin Head and BU Head.
- Maintain MIS for various administrative activities.
