  • Prepare and manage master production schedules aligned with demand forecasts.
  • Ensure raw material and component availability through effective MRP planning.
  • Coordinate and follow up with Sales Team, Sales Support, Sales Head, Dispatch, and Production for smoothorder execution.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, quality, sales, and logistics teams.
  • Monitor production KPIs (efficiency, capacity utilization, on-time delivery).
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks and delays in the production process.
  • Generate and present MIS reports to management.
  • Resolve the customer complaint.
  • Implement lean practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide junior planners/coordinators.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality, and safety standards.
