Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a PPIC Pharma Assistant Manager located in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing production planning and inventory control (PPIC) processes, coordinating with various departments to ensure on-time production and delivery, monitoring inventory levels to meet demand, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. The Assistant Manager will also analyze data to optimize operational efficiency, prepare reports, and support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in production planning, inventory management, and supply chain coordination
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using tools/software for inventory and production planning
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
  • Relevant educational background in supply chain management, production, or related fields
  • Team collaboration and leadership skills to support cross-departmental coordination
