  • Maintain all statutory compliance of the unit
  • Maintain healthy IR relation in the factory
  • Attend to employee grievances
  • Manage payroll, PF, ESIC, labour contractor registrations, factory, fire, pollution license/NOC, etc
  • Liaison with local influencers and government department related to labour, factory, fire, pollution, etc
  • Implement corporate HR policies
  • Supervise security and admin facilities

Asst Manager IR & HR  Requirements :

  • LB and PGDM HR
  • Experience 6-10 years
  • Capable of independently managing Labour issues, discipline and legal correspondence
  • Union handling and negotiation
  • Can read and write Gujrati
