Administrative & Operational Support:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative activities within the R&D and ensures smooth coordination.
  • Transportation Management – buses and pool car facility, rental car for outstation official tour
  • Canteen Management – Coordination with Canteen Vendor, monthly menu finalization, organizing canteen committee meeting, upkeep the canteen area of all PTC locations
  • Supervise administrative and contractual staff and ensure efficiency and maintaining housekeeping checks
  • Handling day-to-day grievances of employees related to canteen & Transportation
  • VIP guests' management, menu planning for local and international cuisine
  • Guest house booking at different sites for official visit
  • Ticket booking for domestic and international travel
  • Ensuring pest control at all PTC sites

Compliance & Documentation Management:

  • Compliance and governance of all the vendors of PTC
  • Quarterly Evaluation of Contractor and his services
  • Agreement renewal of contractors as and when required.

Budgeting

  • Prepare, monitor and control the PTC's administrative budget.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.

HR Team Coordination:

  • Support HR in various employee engagement activities
  • Guest house / hotel booking for new joiners of PTC

Review presentation and MIS

  • Prepare presentations for monthly review with Admin Head and BU Head
  • Maintaining MIS for various administrative activities
