We are hiring a Manager/Senior Manager Corporate Strategy to lead hospital expansion and strategic initiatives. This role blends medical expertise with business insight to evaluate opportunities, plan hospital projects, and drive cross-functional coordination. Ideal candidates are medical graduates with an MBA from a top-tier institute, passionate about transforming healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hospital Projects: Lead planning and execution of new hospitals, including feasibility, market analysis, and business case development.
- M&A: Evaluate opportunities, coordinate due diligence, and support integration of acquired entities.
- Commissioning & Operations: Oversee pre-commissioning activities and liaise with vendors for equipment and technology setup.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Ensure alignment across departments and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Medical Graduate + MBA in Hospital & Healthcare Management (top-tier institute).
- Relevant experience in hospital operations, consulting, or strategy roles.
Skills:
- Strategic thinking and analytical ability
- Strong project and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; financial modeling is a plus
