We are hiring HR Executive And Recruiter for our client.

Job Title: HR Recruiter & Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Department: Human Resources

Reporting To: HR Manager / Senior Management

Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and motivated HR Recruiter & Executive to join our growing team. This dual-role position requires a candidate who can efficiently manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle and also handle core HR functions such as employee engagement, training coordination, and policy compliance. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the real estate sector or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

As an HR Recruiter:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews and assessments.
  • Maintain recruitment data and reports for analysis and improvement.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

As an HR Executive:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees to address grievances and resolve conflicts.
  • Monitor and coordinate employee engagement activities.
  • Conduct or arrange training sessions based on organizational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and physical files.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in real estate or similar sectors.
  • Strong experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with labour laws, HR policies, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent command over MS Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong team-oriented approach.
