  • Assist Finance Head in Overall fund Managements of company
  • Assist Finance Head in Planning & implementation finance support for existing business, transit finance and expansion projects
  • Assist Finance Head in Preparation, analysis and finalization of project reports, feasibility reports for decision making for investment in new projects
  • Assist Finance Head in Formulation & implementation of financial procedures and fund management policies

  • Assist Finance Head in Analysis and presentation of Group MIS to facilitate decision making

  • Responsible for timely payments for all imports and ensuring there is no financial panalty due to delayed payments

  • Ensure that all government dues are paid on time
  • Ensuring all domestic payments are made on time leading to no loss of production or any other financial loss.

  • The payments include payments for fuel, Raw material, Consumables, Logistics, spare parts, etc.

  • Responsible for Complete documentation during opening of Inland LC and FLC

  • Responsible for obtaining Bank Guarantee used as a performance guarantee to our customers
  • Ensuring that day to day queries from the Bank are handled in such a way that it gives a professional image to the bankers
  • Liaisoning with Bankers and creditors and ensuring a healthy relationship with them
  • Ensuring sanctioning of new fund requirements - both for Capital expense and for working capital in case of expansion
  • Enhancement of Bill Discounting Limits through the existing and new banks
  • Attending Bank consotium meetings and responding to queries to ensure the relationship runs smoothly
  • Providing monthly stock statement to the bank
  • Responsible for providing accurate quarterly financial statements to the bank
  • Renewal and increase in working capital limits from the banks and other creditors - if required
  • Get stock audit done through an external auditor as required by the Bankers and other creditors
  • Working with rating agencies and ensuring that the target for the rating is achieved within the set time frame

  • Responsible for regular reconciliation with the Banks, Creditors, Debtors, etc.

  • Ensure Monthly MIS is submitted within the agreed time frame and format to the management

  • All internal Customer Service Level Agreements are adhered to

  • Recruit, train, motivate and develop a highly potent team to ensure they acheive their targets and are ready for the future expansion.

  • Ensure all internal customer Service Level Agreements are adhered

  • Ensure all SLA tickets are regularly generated as and when required by the defined SOPs and procedures
  • Attending all SLA tickets regularly and closing them within the SLA timeline after providing service
