  • Prepare comprehensive credit applications and conduct credit analysis and grading for both new and existing customers across pan-India.
  • Evaluate borrowers' financial statements, credit history, and overall financial health to assess creditworthiness and repayment capacity.
  • Ensure all credit applications adhere strictly to the bank's credit policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to identify potential risks, providing actionable recommendations to mitigate credit risk.
  • Establish suitable credit limits and develop risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the bank's portfolio.
  • Monitor credit portfolios regularly and perform periodic reviews to manage and minimize credit risk exposure.
  • Liaise closely with local staff and the Head Office Credit Department to facilitate smooth end-to-end credit approval and sanctioning processes.
  • Prepare detailed presentations and reports for senior management, customers, and advisors to support credit decisions and business development.
  • Collect and organize relevant data to support marketing activities and transaction execution.
