Hiring: Telesales Executive – Trademark Services

Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 + Incentives
Job Description:
We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team and promote our Trademark Registration Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, explaining the benefits and process of trademark registration, and converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate interest in trademark registration services.
Explain the process, benefits, and legal importance of trademark registration in a clear and persuasive manner.
Handle inbound queries from clients regarding services and pricing.
Maintain follow-ups with prospects to ensure lead conversion.
Record client details and communication updates in CRM or call logs.
Achieve monthly sales and call targets.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional tone during interactions.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales or telecalling (preferably in legal, consulting, or service sectors).
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
