Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telesales Executive with 3–5 years of experience to join our sales team in Sitapur (Lucknow). The ideal candidate will have a background in telesales or inside sales, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector, and be skilled in lead generation, client follow-ups, and converting inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales leads.
- Explain company products (manufactured goods/industrial items) and services to clients over the phone.
- Handle inbound queries, follow up on sales inquiries, and provide accurate product information.
- Maintain customer databases and update CRM systems with daily call reports and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and send quotations, sales proposals, and order confirmations as required.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly telesales targets as set by management.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge during all customer interactions.
- Requirements:
- Experience: 3–5 years in telesales, inside sales, or customer handling (preferably in a manufacturing/industrial setting).
- Education: Minimum Graduate (B.A./B.Com/B.Sc. or equivalent); MBA/PGDM is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal communication in Hindi and English
- Good understanding of B2B sales or industrial product sales
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and CRM tools
- Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets
- Location Preference: Candidates living in or willing to relocate to Sitapur or nearby areas in Lucknow.
- Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience and skill set)
