Job Overview

We are seeking an Interior Site Supervisor to join our team in Bangalore for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will oversee interior design projects, ensuring they adhere to the high standards of creativity and uniqueness that Global Furnovate is renowned for. The role requires expertise in supervising all aspects of project execution, from managing design plans to coordinating with various teams to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in project management software to effectively plan, execute, and monitor interior design projects (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in material procurement to ensure the availability of necessary resources within budget constraints (Mandatory skill).
  • Skill in timeline scheduling to maintain project progress and meet deadlines (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD to draft and interpret design plans efficiently, ensuring accurate execution on site.
  • Experience with 3D rendering software to visualize projects and communicate design intentions clearly to stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of building codes and regulations to ensure project compliance and prevent legal issues.
  • Ability to conduct quality control inspections, ensuring that all work meets company standards and client expectations.
  • Knowledge of safety compliance to maintain a safe working environment and adhere to industry standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day interior site activities to ensure seamless project execution and maintain progress.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to align on project vision and execution details.
  • Manage timelines and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time without compromising quality.
  • Procure materials and resources efficiently, managing budgets and supplier relationships effectively.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with design plans, quality standards, and regulations.
  • Address and resolve any challenges or issues that arise during project execution promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols to provide a secure working environment for all team members.
