Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sr. Interior Site Supervisor. The Sr. Interior Site Supervisor will oversee and manage all aspects of on-site execution of interior design projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and adherence to plans. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors and contractors, supervising the installation of materials, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, addressing client concerns promptly, and providing progress updates to the design team and management.

Qualifications

  • Project Management and Site Supervision: Experience in managing interior design project execution and site operations.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in reading and understanding technical drawings, layouts, and blueprints.
  • Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Ability to effectively manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and material suppliers for on-time delivery and completion.
  • Quality and Safety Standards: Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and safety protocols at construction or interior design sites.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent verbal communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills, especially in fast-paced environments.
  • Educational Qualification: A background in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
  • Additional Skills: Familiarity with budgeting, time management, and software tools such as MS Office and project management tools is advantageous.
