About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and technically inclined Junior Sales Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in the CNC machining industry. This role is ideal for individuals who can bridge the gap between technical expertise and customer engagement, helping clients identify solutions that meet their manufacturing needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the senior sales team in promoting and selling CNC machines, tooling, and related solutions.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide accurate technical recommendations.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals
  • Support the sales process from lead generation to post-sales follow-up.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with customer interactions and sales opportunities.
  • Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and customer site visits.
  • Keep up-to-date with CNC technology trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in CNC machines, tooling, or precision manufacturing sales/support.
  • Understanding of CNC machining processes, G-code basics, and tooling concepts.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Problem-solving mindset and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
