The successful candidate will assist in the design and analysis of various structural projects, working closely with senior engineers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.
Qualification : Junior Structural Engineer - M.E (Civil)
: Architectural Draftsman - Diploma in Architecture , Interior Design
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and analysis of structural systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- STAAD PRO , ETABS Necessary for Structural Engineer and SketchUp , Photoshop for Architectural Draftsman.
- Utilise software tools such as AutoCAD for drafting and modelling structural designs.
- Support project management activities by coordinating with team members and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct calculations using Mathcad and other engineering software to verify structural integrity and performance.
- Participate in site visits to assess construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate system design considerations into structural projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation of design processes, calculations, and project correspondence.
Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD PRO , ETABS , and Civil 3D for drafting and modelling tasks.
- Strong understanding of construction principles and practices related to structural engineering.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies to assist in the planning and execution of projects.
- Excellent mathematical skills for performing complex calculations and analyses using Mathcad.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating initiative in individual tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with colleagues and clients.
