Job Description: Admin cum Front Office Executive
Location: Ambattur
Role Overview
Office Management
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier services
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure readiness for client visits
Administrative Support
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and services
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and follow-ups
- Support HR and finance teams with documentation and filing
- Handle petty cash and basic bookkeeping tasks
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of attendance, leave applications, and employee data
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on office operations
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of company records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in administration or front office roles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8, ₹20,000.00 per month
