Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Application Support Engineer: EFTS & OIC Integration located in Hyderabad. The Application Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical and application support, troubleshooting issues, conducting root-cause analyses, and ensuring seamless integration of EFTS & OIC systems. They will also engage proactively with stakeholders to ensure reliable system performance and optimal customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Application Support and Technical Support
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting capabilities
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Experience with EFTS & OIC systems integration is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
