Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Application Support Executive. The primary responsibilities include providing administrative assistance, managing communication via phone with clients, and clerical support. The role involves ensuring smooth customer interactions, addressing queries, and delivering exceptional operational support to the team and clientele.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, Clerical Skills, and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
  • Ability to provide excellent organizational support, including scheduling and records management
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of basic technical troubleshooting is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualification preferred
