About the Role

We are looking for a
Conversational AI Agent Developer
to design, build, and scale intelligent, secure, and compliant conversational AI agents for healthcare customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop
    conversational AI agents
    using modern
    LLMs
    for healthcare use cases
  • Build
    multi-agent / agentic AI systems
    using frameworks such as
    LangGraph, LangChain, Google ADK
    , or similar
  • Develop AI agents that support
    multi-turn dialogue
    ,
    context retention
    , and
    personalized responses
  • Implement
    RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
    pipelines using vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
  • Integrate AI agents with healthcare data sources such as
    EHRs, FHIR APIs, clinical guidelines, PDFs, and databases
  • Implement
    guardrails
    for safety, hallucination control, bias mitigation, and compliant responses
  • Implement
    speech-to-text (STT)
    and
    text-to-speech (TTS)
    for voice-enabled AI agents (as required)
  • Build scalable backend services and APIs using
    Flask / FastAPI
  • Ensure
    HIPAA/GDPR-aligned privacy and security practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in
    Python
    (including APIs and async programming)
  • Hands-on experience with
    LLMs
    (OpenAI / GPT-4, Gemini, Claude, Med-PaLM, Llama 3, etc.)
  • Proven experience building
    Conversational AI / Chatbots / AI Assistants
  • Solid understanding of
    prompt engineering
    , tool calling, and agent orchestration
  • Experience with
    RAG architectures
    and
    vector databases
  • Familiarity with
    REST APIs
    , microservices, and cloud platforms (
    AWS / GCP / Azure
    )
  • Understanding of healthcare data standards such as
    FHIR and HL7
    (preferred)
